Alliance For LIFE highly qualified staff provide home and community-based case management services for families and individuals. Our staff are trained to encompass strengths based and strength-oriented S.M.A.R.T goals.  We pride ourselves on utilizing a rich combination of evidence-based and best-practice strategies to assist clients in achieving and developing practical skills for the future. Our case managers enjoy additional trainings in Cultural Competency, Trauma, and issues related to Systemic Poverty.  In addition to community services, our case managers can provide supervised visitation within home, community or home.
